Tai Chi is a gentle form of weight-bearing, non-impact aerobic exercise. Medical research has found evidence that tai chi is helpful for improving balance and for general psychological and physical health. If you’d like to improve your wellbeing, health and/or core strength, may be this is for you?
There are still a few places left for Tai Chi. The ten week course is just £8/week – payable in two installments of £40.
