Petals of the Valley return to Trellech Teas

Friday March 13th  2:00pm – 4:30pm

Petals of the Valley
Many of you will remember Denise and her mother Joyce from December’s Teas.  We’re happy to welcome them back next month.  Denise will be bringing her beautiful rosewater products, all made at her farm in Monmouthshire.  All the rosewater is made using organic methods, distilled in spring water in a traditional copper still and bottled in precious Miron violet glass bottles.  You can use rosewater in cooking and for soothing wounds, as well as for more traditional scent.  Find out more on Denise’s website here.

Teas, Coffees and Cakes! Everyone welcome!

Every Friday afternoon you can come along and enjoy proper tea, coffee and homemade cakes. Everyone is invited to attend. Trellech Teas is a friendly place – you’ll never be left to sit alone.

If you know anyone who’d like a stall please ask them to contact Sarah Whiddett on 01600 860967 or sarahwhiddett@hotmail.co.uk

Trellech Teas – final one for 2014

Friday December 19th 2:00pm – 4:30pm

This Friday is the last Trellech Teas of 2014.  There will be a lot of Festive Fare available, plus some of our staples in case you’re already sick of mince pies!  We’ll also be drawing the raffle for our beautiful Christmas cake – made by Glad and iced by Wendy.  If you haven’t yet bought a ticket, there is still time to get some.

We are also welcoming Denise from Petals of the Valley.  Denise sells the most gorgeous rose petal based products which are superb as stocking fillers or last minute gifts if you need to buy something a little out of the ordinary and that won’t break the bank.  And, did you know, rose water was used in cooking long before vanilla essence came along?  Discover more about Denise and her products here: www.petalsofthevalley.co.uk

Don’t forget that you can also buy Trellech Teas vouchers of any denomination.  Ideal as a ‘thank you’ gift – just ask any of the Tea Ladies or email me on sarahwhiddett@hotmail.co.uk for more information.

Trellech Teas opens again on January 2nd (with limited choices!) and then we’re back to normal on January 9th.

We hope to see you on Friday.  If we don’t then, on behalf of the fantastic Trellech Teas Ladies and the Trustees of The Babington Centre, we wish you all a very happy Christmas and peaceful New Year and look forward to seeing you in 2015.
